At Visioncare Opticians we promise to provide excellent service, excellent products and above all great eyecare. If you are happy with our service we would love you to tell others. If you are in anyway not happy with our service we would love you to tell us.
The alternative is going down the route of a 14 day total satisfaction guarantee with your glasses which whilst when it arrises eg when somebody gets home and the other half doesn’t like the colour etc we more often than not let them change and we pick up the bill for that. There is an argument for rolling that out and publicising it. Im just not keen on it.
